What you get in the community

• Live help from the developer. The person who writes the code reads the server every day. Ask in the #help forum and the answer stays searchable for the next person with the same problem.
• PRO verification in seconds. Press Verify PRO, enter your checkout email, and the PRO role is assigned automatically — no ticket, no waiting. Nobody else sees the email you type.
• The PRO Lounge. A private channel for subscribers: a direct line to the developer, early news on features and price changes, and feature requests that weigh double on the roadmap.
• Targeting tips that convert. A forum organised by niche — fitness, travel, local business, ecommerce, creators — where members share which target audiences actually followed back. This is the part no documentation can replace.
• Feature requests with votes. Post an idea in one sentence, others vote with a thumbs-up, and what gets voted gets built. The changelog shows how fast that loop runs.
• Private tickets. Billing, refunds, anything involving your email: one button opens a thread that only you and staff can see. Payment details never belong in public chat.

10 days of PRO, free — the welcome gift

New members can claim 10 days of PRO on one Instagram account. In the #free-10-days channel you press a button, enter your Instagram username, and receive a personal link in a private thread — usually within a few hours, always within 24. You add a card, pay 0 EUR today, and can cancel at any time, even during the free days. It is one gift per Instagram account, so the community stays a community and not a coupon farm.

Why a card? Because PRO is tied to the Instagram account you connect in the extension, and the card is what lets the subscription continue seamlessly if you decide the 200 follows, 200 unfollows and 100 likes per day are worth €7.99/month. If not, cancel and keep using the free plan's 7/7/7.

How the server is organised

Deliberately small — fewer than a dozen channels — so nothing sits empty:

• Start here: welcome, rules, announcements (new versions, outages, changes).
• Community: general chat, #wins for before-and-after screenshots, #targeting-tips forum, and the PRO Lounge.
• Support: #help forum, #feature-requests forum, #pro-verification and #free-10-days.

Everything is in English so members from different countries can follow the same thread. Threads never expire, which means the community slowly builds its own knowledge base alongside the FAQ and the features documentation.

The rules, in five lines

1. Be decent. No harassment, hate, spam or NSFW.
2. Your own account only. No sharing, selling or trading Instagram accounts.
3. No follower selling, engagement groups or bypass tricks. We grow slow and steady — read is Instagram automation safe once.
4. Support goes in #help or a private ticket. Never post payment details or passwords in chat.
5. English in public channels. Share results in #wins, don't DM members unasked.

These are not decoration. Follower selling and engagement groups are exactly the categories that get accounts restricted and payment providers nervous, so they are removed on sight. If a member's advice would get your account an action block, it gets removed too.

Discord or email?

Both work. Discord is faster for questions other people might share, because the community answers alongside us and the thread stays searchable. Email at [email protected] is right for anything you'd rather keep out of a community entirely, and is answered within 24–48 hours. PRO subscribers are answered first on both.
