1. Who we are and what this covers
AutoFollow ("we", "us") is an independent browser extension and website operated from Greece. These terms apply to the extension (free and PRO plans), to this website, and to any purchase of a PRO subscription. By installing the extension or buying a subscription you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install or purchase. Our privacy policy explains what data we process and is part of these terms.
2. What the extension does
AutoFollow automates repetitive actions on your own Instagram account — following targeted audiences, unfollowing accounts, liking posts — inside your own browser, using the Instagram session you are already logged into. It never asks for your Instagram password and never logs into your account from our servers. The extension is a tool; you decide what it targets, at what pace, and within which daily limits. 3. Independence from Instagram
AutoFollow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here only to describe the platform the extension works with. Instagram's own terms of use apply to your account and to how you use it; automation of any kind may be discouraged or restricted by the platform, and Instagram may change how it works at any time without notice. You are responsible for how you use this tool on your account, and we recommend the conservative defaults and the guidance in our safety guide.
4. Plans and pricing
- Free plan: 7 auto follows, 7 auto unfollows and 7 auto likes per day, renewing daily. No account, no credit card, no time limit.
- PRO plan: €7.99 per month, billed monthly, giving up to 200 follows, 200 unfollows and 100 likes per day with adjustable limits, all filters and advanced options, and priority support. Prices include applicable VAT where charged; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
PRO is linked to the Instagram account you connect in the extension (identified by its numeric user ID), not to a separate login. We may change prices for new subscriptions; existing subscribers are told in advance and can cancel before any change applies.
5. Billing, renewals and cancellation
Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, named on the checkout page and on your receipt. Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and your PRO access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We never charge you after you cancel.
If we ever have to change payment provider, your existing paid period is honored in full and we will contact you before it ends with a way to continue.
6. Refunds
You can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of purchase or renewal, for any reason, by emailing [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued through the payment provider to your original payment method and PRO access ends when the refund is issued. Requests after 14 days are considered case by case — if something didn't work as described, tell us; we would rather refund than argue.
7. Acceptable use
Use the extension only on accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. Do not use it to harass, spam or deceive anyone, to circumvent restrictions Instagram has placed on your account, or in violation of any law. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the extension or its PRO licensing. We may suspend or end access for use that breaks these rules.
8. Availability, changes and support
Instagram changes how it works under the hood without warning, and when it does, the extension (like every tool of its kind) may stop working until we ship a fix. We aim to respond quickly — our changelog is the public record — but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation or guarantee any specific outcome, such as follower growth. We may add, change or remove features; material changes to PRO are announced in the extension or by email. Support is available at [email protected]; PRO subscribers are answered first.
9. Your data
The extension processes data on your own device. The only information sent to our servers is your Instagram numeric user ID and your daily action counts, used solely to enforce plan limits, plus the email address you use at checkout, which our payment provider shares with us to issue and manage your subscription. We do not sell data and use no third-party analytics or trackers. Details, retention and your rights (including deletion on request) are in the privacy policy.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The extension and website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for any action taken by Instagram on your account. In any case our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
11. Termination
You can stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it; cancel PRO as described above to stop billing. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (payments owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
12. Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union consumer law; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are unaffected. If we change these terms materially, we will update the date at the top and, for PRO subscribers, notify you by email or in the extension before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
